Q: Where does the compost go?
A: Spa Hills located in Salmon Arm

Q: When do I receive my first invoice?
A: At the end of your first composting month we will email you your first invoice.

Q: Can I buy the compost?
A: At this time we are working with Spa Hills so we do not have access to the completed compost. But this is something we are working on!

Q: What if we need to skip a week because of holidays?
A: Send us an email or message and we will skip coming for your time away.

Q: Do you pick up from apartments/condos?
A: YES! We will work with you to find a spot outside to put the buckets each week or you can leave them in the lobby (so long as we don't need to be buzzed in).
